Default P code Help ?

Hello ALL,

My check engine light has been on for a couple weeks and got a chance to run my P codes. Came up with 3 codes: P0505 Idle air Ctrl motor circs P0138 1/2 o2s shorted to voltage P0601 PCM internal ctrller failure.

All these codes don't look good to me? My Durange is a 2001 RT 5.9L 160,000 miles
The exhaust also just strarted sounding blown out. Any help would be great thanks.

the P0601 is 95% of the time a bad PCM, i would start by replacing it, you can find new ones on ebay which come pre-flashed (you give the company your information) and then you just plug it in and go, any codes that come up then are the ones i would look at.

the o2 sensor could be nothing (has it been really wet were you live?, maybe water got in the wire harness) and the IAC could be a loose connection, a bad wire or a bad IAC motor which is easy to replace.
