Looks good man. I think i might try a design in them and if that does not look good i will paint them all back except the center cap and the lugs and maybe a lip. I am pumped to buy my shackles tonight for my T/S lift.

No offense to anyone but, personally i think having all black rims is like trying to win the Special Olympics, even if you do it, it still looks retarded. Alot of the young people around here like to do it to get the "Nascar" look on there ride.. might be cool if they did it on something with some speed like a muscle car or something like it... does not work out to well on the family mini-van or grandma's rice burner! But, to each there own... thats just my

I agree on the minivan and the 4 banger but i do like it on the off road trucks. I am going to more of a design first and then all black worst case scenario. I am going to do the middle and the recessed parts black so it has a little style to it. If that looks really bad than all black. My rims are just pretty beat up so this will cover a lot of that. I want to get the tires and the lift before the rims.

new rims are best done when you need new tires anyway, get em together and save yourself the hassle of having the tires moved around

I would agree normally but it will probably be a year before i get any new rims and the tires are terrible. They were not even all the same size when i bought it and it had been sitting for a year. I went and got some used ones to get me by until i could fork out the 800 bucks for tires so at least they are all the correct size now but i still would like to do it before winter. I just had my first child 4 months ago so don't have a lot to spend for awhile. I am planning rims, hitch and wiper cowl for next year i hope.

I'll agree with ya even though I blacked my wheels out lol. But yeah some kid a year younger than me at the high school I just graduated from, blacked out his wheels on puke green honda civic that was just crap and he though he was all that with his car, he thought just cause it went fast he could pull my truck behind his car lol
But before I get myself going, I agree unless you've actually got something under the hood don't go and dress up the family sedan all fast and furious tuner car. Muscle cars and trucks, and off-road cars and trucks with blacked out wheels in my opinion.
