Default Vibration/tire wear/drifting

I took my 03 Durango 4x4 in for service Friday. I had a vibration in my steering wheel, it would drift to the right and the front right tire is wearing uneven on the outside. They did and alignment $80, it was only out a hair and I was driving home and it felt good. Once I got on the HWY and was doing over 60 I felt like the truck was going to vibrate apart! Im going to get the front uneven tire put on the back to see if I still feel a vibration. If I do, is it safe to assume I may need new shocks? Upper control arm? BTW, my tires are 245/70/16 Firestone Destination A/T's. I like the feel and ride of the tires. Oh and my truck still drifts to the right.

That sounds more like the ball joints have wore out on that side.

Ya it sounds like a Ball Joint or tie rod end. They should have picked up on these things when doing the alignment?
