Well first and foremost you need to replace the battery.

Next concerting it is trying to fire with ether then I would say it is most likely a fuel issue. You can test resistance

COIL MANUFACTURER
Diamond -
PRIMARY RESISTANCE 21-27°C (70-80°F) - 0.97 - 1.18 Ohms
SECONDARY RESISTANCE 21-27°C (70-80°) - 11,300 - 15,300 Ohms

Toyodenso
PRIMARY RESISTANCE 21-27°C (70-80°F) - 0.97 - 0.95 - 1.20 Ohms
SECONDARY RESISTANCE 21-27°C (70-80°) 11,300 - 13,300 Ohms

I know my husband n I are bout at wits end trying to figure this out, first time I've ever owned a dodge, I'm a jeep girl! (I know same same) lol but will try checking the voltage on the coil

Pour a little gas down the throttle body and see if it tries to start. It's just like the ether, if it tries to start then it has to be a fuel pump issue.

Really I think the issue is a fuel pump.
