I have changed the crankshaft and cam shaft to correct problem. I have took the ECM off and checked connections. I am still getting code. Does this mean I need to get another ECM? Is there anything else to check before I purchase ECM?

 

Well I think you have done everything you can other than cleaning your battery cables and possibly replacing the battery. Other than that I think you are going to have to replace the PCM. An ECM is on a Ford and Chevy, it's called a PCM on a Dodge but it is the same thing, the main computer.
