Default 2000 durango 5.9 having troubles running

i have a 2000 Durango its started having problems when i start it up it will just dies. i usually have to restart it 5 times before it will run right and also when i start it and begin driving it doesnt shift until it reaches 3500 rpms but after that it will shift just fine. i just had the transmission fluid changed. any suggestions on how to fix these problems

for the shifting issues i would look into the transmission output speed sensor, check the IAC on the starting issues

Did they use the right tranny fluid, just a thought. Also if the IAC and Tb cleaning doesn't fix the start issue do a tune-up.

Could need the TV cable adjusted. Also replace your spark plugs with Champion Copper and gap them at .040 before install and that should help the start.
