You upload it to www.photobucket.com then place the entire IMG link in a post and when you hit Post it will change into a picture in your post.

sorry it took so long. couldnt get it to work on my phone so i had to wait till i had the tim to use a computer.

There's the pic. It looks like mostly oil residue but not sure if that's a normal amount or not

Well there is some pooling of what looks like fresh oil just down from that bubble in the center. The black is normal, but that fresh oil is somewhat disturbing.

Again, try first to monitor the consumption, if it continues then yes I would say you have an issue.
