Default Oil pressure

I have a 2001 4.7 durango, recently i have noticed the oil pressure gauge has been fluctuating alot. Driving down the interstate at a steady pace it moves for no reason... It appears to have a new sending unit (just recently bought this vehicle) so i would think its fine but what do you guys think?

Could be the incorrect weight of oil. Try a oil change with 10W-30 and a new filter. Also replace the PCV valve.
