98 durango-front blows cold, rear blows warm

98 durango-front blows cold, rear blows warm
the ac lines going to the rear are cold, but no cold air blows from the headliner vents. expansion valve seems to be working, freon levels are good, compressor is fine. could it be a problem with rear evaporator? any suggestions?
