Default Electric waterpump and fan conversion

Has anyone attempted or done a conversion from belt driven to electric water pump and fans on a 99 5.2 Durango? If so is there a write up or discussion on it? I have looked but not found anything i would really like to do this so any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

So can it be done?
how hard is it?
And what parts do I need?

Thanks in advance everyone.

Dirtrango..

Guys have done the electric fan conversion, it isn't that hard. Personally I wouldn't do an electric water pump, haven't heard of any one doing one either.

There are plenty of write ups on the E-fan conversion. As for the e-water pumps, it is prefered as a "Racing/drag/strip" only kinda deal due to the possibility of a electrical issue causing you a overheated and blown engine without notice. If your pump goes out there is no way of fixing it without a replacement vs the standard mech pump that will still give you the opportunity to nurse the vehicle home/etc.

Well noted Duranged so that simplifies things. Will do fan conversion and leave the water pump alone. Thanks to both you and adukart for your replies.
