Default Lock Programming issues

I have an issue that has been bugging me on my 2002 Durango SLT with 4.7.

I have followed the directions to program the D not to honk when using the key fob and was successful.

I then tried to program it to unlock all doors with a single fob press and had no success.

I also tried to program it to not lock all four doors at 15 mph and was unsuccessful.

Any thoughts? The manual says to cycle to the on position four times and then lock the door using the drivers control switch and it should chime. No luck for me. Do you thing that four cycles means to on four times (3 1/2 cycles from off) or four on-off cycles and then end in the on position.

I feel like I should be able to follow directions better than this. I was able to read engine codes and such using a similar procedure.

I stopped by a dealer today to ask about this, and the only thing they could suggest was reflashing the CTM. $55 and a half hour of time. I think I might just go through and clean the CTM contacts first to see if it resolves the issue.

I wish I knew more on this but the $55 bucks and it's done for you seams like a good deal.
