Default Front wipers don't work! Help!

So I was pulling out the dash to change the heater core and apparently everything decided to break! Gear indicator, brake switch and now wipers!

I checked the fuse, it's fine. I checked the relay, it's fine. I changed the wipers switch, that's not the problem. I just changed the wipers motor, it worked for 3 seconds then stopped.

What do I do now?? Getting a little desperate as we need 2 working vehicles and weather report shows rain for the next week straight. Any advice or suggestions are greatly needed and appreciated!

Are you handy with a multi-
meter? I would start at the wiper motor and work your way back.
