Question code 0138

My 2000 Durango 5.2 is throwing a code that according to the list from Hydra is 1/2 O2 sensor short to the voltage. What needs to be one to fix this? Do I need to get a new O2 sensor and is the 1/2 sensor the post cat sensor or the precat sensor? Thanks guys and gals for all of the great posts on here.

that is sensor one bank two (pre cat sensor)

if i were you i would just clear the code and see if it stays away, this is because this code can be thrown by water simply getting into the harness, if it stays off i wouldnt worry about it.
