Default Painting brake drums and calipers

Going to be doing my brakes all the way around. Will be buying new drums and calipers. If I use the proper paint shouldn't have any problems. Has anyone done this and had any issues?

new drums and calipers usually come painted black from the factory so as long as you use a paint that can handle the heat from the brakes you should be fine

My d is white trimmed in black. Red pin strip down the side so I was going to paint them red.

you could probably find red enamel spray paint at lowes that would work great for you

Parts stores like AutoZone and Advance usually have brake cailper paint kits. They usually come with brushes and etc that you would need to use if you leave the calipers on. I have seen them in at least 3 colors, red - yellow - black.

#1 on the Autozone paint. It's a high heat Rust Oleum..2 years old on my van and still looks fine..clean the shipping oil off the parts first though...
