Im still a fan of the bush bar and bull bars but love the heavy duty off-road bumpers...

BTW, love that first pic there

Also just went through all 50 pages of the show off your D thread...now I want to lift mine 3" and run 33's! But I have decided that I need 3" black tubing on the front of mine, just a bully bar considering this is my dd and I just want to tough'n it up a bit...Cant wait for the goodyear duratec's to go on here soon, that should help alot!

No, I had it painted to match the truck. I also have the rear painted to match;

+1

I have seen many times slight impacts that those light bars cause heavy duty damage to the front of the truck. I like the look unless your driving in a lot of brush they really don't help, not to mention cleaning under them is a b!tch to get the bugs off the grill, bumper, and lights.....The whole front end!

I like the nice solid bumpers with skid plates and fogs built in, but they are for the real heavy duty. If you want good just then you add just the push bar like this with/without a winch. I hit a dear when I was a kid at 50 mph broad side and it didn't do crap to my old Ford Ranger.

Yea, i was back and forth on a wench...I thought it would be nice to help people out around town when they get stuck (which is alot and it impedes traffic all winter long, damn college kids!) but the cost of it just isn't really worth it considering I rarely if ever go off road...So just a push bar with two lights seems great to me!
