Default 5.2L coolant reservoir tank removal?

So my D was wrecked before I bought it and I noticed the other day that the coolant tank was leaking, I'm assuming the bumper cracked it when It was wrecked on the left front corner. Anyway I ordered a new one but I'm having a hell of a time getting the broke one removed. Anyone ever replace one one before? It seems as if I have to remove the bumper to get this off anyone feel free to chime in and tell me I"m retarded if I'm missing something on this.
