Default New shocks

So its gotten to the point where I need new shocks. My front end sags(not to mention the previous owner only replaced one of the front shocks so its leaned to one side) and the rear shocks are just blown and rotted through. I've seen another durango on another website and the owner of it used the Rancho Rs5000 shocks. They are a few inches bigger than the original and I'd like to use them as well. My question is what vehicle do i get them for since they aren't made for durangos? Would the ones for the rams work? Thanks in advance guys

The shocks don't control lift. They are only there to take the energy when transferred to the chassis. Simply put, you need to first set your truck to the factory height, then go get ya a set of whatever shocks hits your fancy.

Ram shocks will not work.
