Default Rear Power Window 2003 Durango

Hello All,

The right rear window of my 03 Durango will roll down but won't roll back up. Thinking the motor was shot, I replaced the regulator/motor assembly. I still have the same problem, it will roll down but not up. This is true with both the driver's switch and the rear passenger door switch.

Is the problem a bad driver's side master switch? Is there anything else it could be? Any other items I should trouble shoot before replacing? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd say you're on the right track.

The power for all the doors goes through the drivers master door switch. If you remove the drivers door switch from the circuit, everything else will stop working.

Most likely the drivers door switch.

I would assume as well it is a bad drivers door switch. You might be able to verify that with running a jump wire to it and power it and ground it or use a multimeter at the switch to see if you have power and go from there.

i would use a multi-meter and check for power to the motor when you try to close it before i jump to any other conclusions i would want that information.
