Default Where is the PCM?

'02, 4.7, 4x4, 127K on the odometer

Just failed emissions. Check engine light is on, throwing a P0601 code "internal control module memory check sum error." so, I've ascertained that this is the PCM and it needs replacing. I've found one online that will be programmed to my VIN, etc. now if someone will just tell me WHERE this thing is located, we'll both know! Seriously......I've seen conflicting info. Just replaced my CTM a couple of months ago and now this.....it's starting to nickel & dime me, but I don't have the resources to buy a new vehicle right now, so I have to keep ths one going, any help you can give is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!

the PCM is the control module located on the passenger side of the engine bay, over the passenger front wheel well, will have 3 or 4 plugs going into it (depending on which PCM you have in the truck)
