Default Check Gauges Light and oil pressure

yesterday when my girlfriend was on her way to work ahe stopped at a light and the CGL came on and she noticed the oil pressure was at 0. The ligh turned green and she drove off. When she did the oil pressure went back to normal, around 40. The next light it did the same thing. I checked it when I got hame and it was low on oil. I put in 1 1/2 qrts. and called it good. We went for a ride to the store and the CGL never came on. Today she is driving to work and the same thing has started happening. Its a 98 with 5.2. Its probably been talked about before but to be completely honest, Im to drained to look through 400 threads.

Most likely it is just the pressure sensor. It is located on next to the distributor just on the passenger side.

It was the sensor, to be exact it had come unplugged. Looks like it was replaced recently and whoever replaced it didnt snap the plug in fully.
