Last night I took a turn to sharp and hit the curb. I busted the rim and the wheel got pushed back. It was the passenger side that hit it. Also after I hit it instead of my steering wheel going -- it goes | now and the truck pulls to the left. I took the whole front suspension off and couldn't see any damage. I was wonder if I bent the lower control arm, torsion bar, or the bracket for the lower control arm. Also if the steering system is fine besides needing a new alignment. Thanks.

You probably didn't bend a torsion bar or control arm. More likely is the tie rods, an alignment shop could tell you for sure. Just out of curiosity was it from snow or just bad judgement.

Don't feel bad bronze, I was at work sunday, and got the call one of my co-worker's wives was in a ditch in her brand new honda due to snow. Well he picked up a tow row (14' footer like a dummy) and we went out there. I went to go pull her out, and 2 times, I was in a ditch due to the slope. Snow is unforgiving. However, I will say, I put the truck in 4wd, reversed it through the ditch I was in, into the field behind it, Slammed it in drive, and gunned the hell out of it to make it through the ditch and up the hill back on to the entrance ramp. I need to replace my ball joints this weekend now though :-(

Yeah I think mine is the lower control arm that is bent. So I will replace that tomorrow and go from there.

Crazy to think only a 30 MPH hit made that thing bend! My buddy just totaled his ram. T boned an old style minivan and it didn't hurt the axle at all
