4.7 Leaking oil (Appears to run down Filter)

that wasnt it
However directly above the oil filter there is what looks like a plug hole with nothing in it

After messing around with it all day , I found out the Oil Pressure Sensor had broken off. Replaced and the leak appears to have stopped.
However directly above the oil filter there is what looks like a plug hole with nothing in it
