Default O2 Sensor trouble...

Ok, so after getting the codes
P0108-P1297-P0138-P0132-p0135
My 2000 5.9 D was running very rough and would just about stall at idle and bog down. I replaced my upstream O2 sensor with a Denso. Now after driving a bit the code P0132 came back. It seems to be a running a little better so far but still not normal. My question is that when I opened the relay box the relays where O2 #1 and O2 # 2 would go were NOT there....Just empty spaces. Is this normal? The previous owner replaced the CAT, so would that have messed things up as far as wiring? Also sometimes when it runs rough I hear a loud whoosh/ sucking noise coming from the engine it seems. PLEASE HELP!

Part number is usually the same as the others in the PDC. There is usually only 1 or 2 different kinds.

So could I try swapping the relays then with something similar to see if that will solve my problem before ordering? If so what relays do I use? Does it matter?
