Radiator leaking (?)
2003 RT 5.9, +130K miles
I guess its just that time in the life of my truck, as I continue to have issues with the cooling system. In the past 4 to 5 months, as they fail I've replaced most of the components. Now it appears the radiator is leaking (see below photos). Not all that familiar with radiator construction, but it appears a crimp/seam is weeping fluid. Only the stains are really visible in the first photo, but a small amount of fluid is present, and it can be traced downwards. The fluid collects at the bottom near the drain, before dripping to the ground.
I welcome any comments, as I try to muddle my way thru the fixit process.
love this truck by the way. its my commuter vehicle (Southern California); its taken me on multiple +6K mile road trips, coast to coast thru 44 states; down into Death Valley and up into the Rockies; been up and to across Canada, down thru Mexico; and had it belly deep in both Big Bear snow and Anza-Borrego mud (thx go to the guys who yanked me out). No significant failures, just things that wear out.

Mine started leaking in the same spot, unfortunately I replaced my radiator. Which wasn't at all hard to do. I dont trust the stop leak products they sell. The weird thing is mine only leaked when I put the motor under a good load. Local parts stores wanted $170 and up for the radiator. I found one for $100 plus i bought a lifetime warranty for about $25. With fluid cost I was right around $165 total cost cause I flushed my whole system
