Default My Recent Problems.

So after my rear end blew and I swapped a new one in(whole axle from the junker), a few days later my abs/brake light came on and no speedo. About when that happened my tranny started to shift very delayed and not right. Now after I replaced my abs speed sensor everything is all good except sometime from a dead stop my truck will start off in 2nd gear. If I come to a full stop I can feel how slugish it is and if i drop it into "1" when it starts in 2nd i can feel it shift back into first like it should have been. Also sometimes I have no kick down. I will be doing 30mph it wont shift back into first at WOT. But then sometimes everything is fine it always starts off in first and I have a kickdown. Now my question is, could this possibly be the transmission output sensor?

Thank you.

I would say so, I was having problems with my speedo and I changed my abs sensor. Then it started shifting weird so I swaped the other sensor when it came in the next day. Everything is normal now...
I would swap it and reset the comp. Cant hurt and its only $30 or so.

Replace your transmission output sensor. Drivers side 3/4 the way down the trans.
