Ok gang, Welp this is hopefully the last post in this string. IT WAS THE TIMING GEAR AND CHAIN!!!!!!! Parts at the "ZONE" $65.and change. 4 hours labor (whilest) drinking a few beers. Only special tool was the damper (harmonic balancer) puller, available freebie from the "ZONE".

Now you got the problem fixed, how's your 14+ MPG's? Still holding or dropping back to the usual 5.9 family gas guzzling 11+ mpg's?

Kensai, to be honest, I haven't been able to keep my foot off the pedal to really see what the MPG is. This sucker runs better than I even imagined. But I will check and let you know.
