I debated over 6000k and 8000k. The blueish look of mine is what I like

Do you guys know what the 6000k or any #k stands for? It stands for the temp in kelvins that the bulb is heated to. 6000k=10,340 degrees F or 5,726 degrees C. So my point is be careful if you are using factory lenses and assemblies. They weren't made for that kind of temp.

I'm very aware of what the k stands for, I've ran many sets of HIDs in stock lenses with no issues

That's color temperature.
