Default Choppy Idle After Plenum

So after replacing my plenum I took it for a spin and quickly noticed choppy idle. It will surge to exactly 1000RPM for a few seconds then drop down to normal. It will do this continuously. I have no CEL codes either. I cant hear any noticeable vacuum leaks... Cant figure this one out. I took out all sensors and cleaned em. 2000 5.9....Thanks

i would start by replacing the TPS suring like that is usually caused by it.

Dom,
I have had the same problem almost with my truck since I did my plenum gasket, though mine is hardly noticeable on the rpm gauge but you can feel it sitting in the truck, replacing the MAP and TPS tonight when I put the water pump back on. Let you know how it goes

Let me know its not as noticeable when cold I think but it ticks me off because when driving it just doesn't feel "right". Know what I mean? I found out today my waterpump gasket is leaking a very slight bit of coolant so I may have to do that. I see you and me are in the same boat so gimme an update!
