Default CB Install - In Dash

I often wondered if the was a way in install the CB in the dash as i don't like it hanging from the bottom of it as i did have it, I didn't wanna make a whole new center console as some have done, and i could not hang it from the ceiling as i always have in past vehicles as this was the first rig with a overhead console.

So yesterday i got extremely brave (and board) and decided to whip out the measuring tape and the sawzall a see if i could make happen what i always wished i could do...

What CB is the new one? Is the smaller one FM race radio? I have older Unidentified with front speaker I ran in the dash under the stereo in my t100. Fit like it was stock option.

It's the new uniden bearcat 880, just released from uniden this month. The smaller radio in the first pic was a scanner that i dont use anyone since they went digital here

Ram fender mount kit....

http://www.rightchannelradios.com/do...-hood-kit.html

If you go that route make sure you also get yourself a good BRAIDED ground strap and run it from the mount to the FRAME.
