Default First mods to do on a newly acquired Durango

So as you guys might know I just bought my Durango last weekend and am picking it up tomorrow, so what are some things I should buy for it? I'm already getting mud flaps, floor mats and maybe a hitch cover. Any suggestions would be awesome

New muffler? Take your pic, most people will say flowmaster. I have a magna flow with stock tubbing and it sounds perfect to me.
Then mabey a home brew intake with an oil filter. K&N or spectra.
I would also do a tune up if the place didn't do one, and new fluids front to rear...

Cherry bomb glass pack, runnin' redneck ya'll. +1 Roller, seriously a nice muffler with either a home brew cold air or produced cold air. New champion copper truck plugs for that 4.7l. Throttle body cleaning and synthetic oil. Most people like mobile 1 or I like amsoil. Programmer

Champion coppers ONLY! Perfect plug for these rigs. Definitely clean the throttle body and do the exhaust and intake. Then get ya a programmer. Hypertech, superchips, or SCT with a custom tune
