I haven't figured it out for sure, but I have a general idea of what I'm gonna try. I won't be able to do anything until Thursday, but when I know for sure I will definitely let you know.

I think it is a problem with the rear band. I'm gonna drop the pan and check the band. If it isn't broken, I'm gonna adjust the rear band, change the filter and fluid, and possibly the torque converter. And pray that it works!

hey there Thank you so much for your suggestions! Are you still driving it? My husband has to get to work so we are driving it until this weekend:/ Yesterday when I hit 25mph it made an awfull noise as well. But when I slowly let it shift into gears instead of lead footing it, it did just fine and got up to 55 mph. My brother said something about bleeding the slave cilender as well if that helps. Thank you so much! Its sounds like you know what you are doing and it sounds like our trucks are doing the same things. I can rely on my brother thank God!! Well keep in touch and I will as well. Hope it gets figured out because than Im selling it! lol I have had nuthing but troubles with it. It has 128k on it and it seems like it should go more but I heard thats when things start going wrong with these trucks.

ok so...today before attempting to tinker with anything I decided to drive my car around the block a couple times just to make sure I knew exactly what it was doing and what it wasn't. Today I got it to about 35mph in drive before it starting making a scraping noise and I also got it to reverse. Now it won't reverse if I go straight from park to reverse, but if I drive about 2 feet then put it in reverse, it will reverse but very slowly. I then put it on jackstands and put it in reverse. The shaft and wheels move in reverse. That means I don't have a shaft or axle problem correct?
