Hesitation
Greeting fellow Durango owners,
I recently had the entire engine cooling system changed in my '99 SLT 5.9L Durango. I also had the main belt and tensioning assembly replaced as well. Now, when I accelerate from a stop I get slight to moderate hesitations between around 1k and 2k RPMs. It seems to be exacerbated when “cold” however since its 90 degrees here in Georgia right now, I’m really worried about what it’s going to do once it actually cools off. Any ideas?
Thanks

funny, I get hestitation between 1.5k and 2.5k when I need to accelerate from a stop or a slow pace. But when it hits 3k rpms, durango launches like a rocket. Would love to have this rocket launch at the lower RPM's as that is where I always hover around for everyday driving.
