Default 12v outlet doesn't work

The 12v outlet doesn't have power going to it. I checked the fuse under the hood and it was still good. I rechecked it still no power. So I put a new fuse it there just in case and the plug still doesn't work. Is the plug bad or is there something else I my be missing?

Yeah I finally located it when I was doing my heater core. I spotted my blow fuse when the dash was sitting on my fron seats.

My problem turned out to be a bad plug. So I replaced both the 12v and the cig plug they both work great now.
