Any input with water coming out of the exhaust?
1. Water would be condensation from the muffler.
2. Antifreeze would be entering the head and exiting through the exhaust valve into the exhaust system. That would be at best a blown headgasket!

let me start by saying that most of what you are saying here is correct, however a few things are wrong.

WRONG, the factory provided owners manual calls for 7500 mile fluid changes with dino oil, if you dont believe me i will be MORE than happy to take pictures of the maintance schedule pages, i do agree that 7500 miles may be too long, but 5k miles is well within a reasonable interval (its what me and my father have been using for a combined 50+ years of driving with 0 problems)

you'll need 5qts of 5w20 and a filter
5.2 and 5.9l engines call for 10w30 while the 4.7 calls for 5w30 none of the engines offered in these trucks use 5w20 if you put that in there it is too thin and youw ill have problems

indapendent shop isn't going to use dealer parts they will use aftermarket which are not the exact size and fit nor are they the same quality.
you are correct aftermarket parts are not the same quality as dealer parts, however in MOST cases they are actually BETTER quality than the initial OEM parts NOT LESSER.

these are the only technical problems i see in here however you would benefit very much from learning to use spell check (all modern browsers except for IE seem to have this built in now)

Sick em Sharps!

I didn't even read his post after skimming through and saw the 5000-2000 mile thing and that was it. Then I skimmed through some more and saw the 5W-20 and started laughing my **** off! THen went to the bottom and saw his credentials, well that brought me out of my seat and rolling on the floor laughing!

Mopartech12<---- You need to go back to school and learn correct information and stop copying from the person next to you.

I find it VERY sad that people trust their dealers mechanics that they will do the right thing and they are supposed to be specialists in the vehicle in which they bought. Yet people like this just verify the inaccuracy of people hired in a lot of dealerships. Now there is a lot of really good Dealership Mechanics out there, some are close friends of mine, and some aren't. But from what I have seen, most dealerships cause a lot of problems and un-needed work, then charge for their mistakes because they don't want to accept the responsibility of their decisions, and they want to get paid.

A good mechanic will make sure he is right before giving advise or working on it in the first place.

It's truly sad......Just my 2 cents!
