My 99 D with gray interior and three seats has a cupholder in the center armrest on the second seat. When I got the truck, I noticed the cupholder had no fasteners to keep it in place. The dealer does not show the fasteners as a serviceable item, but says I can order a new cupholder with the understanding the fasteners may not come with it. Anyone know what holds it in place??????
