Default just bought a '98 durango and have alot of steering play

hi i just bought my '98 durango a few days ago it has alot of play in the steering and pulls to the right alot while going down the road is there a fix for the problem? thanks jarred.

haven't you heard anything about "wheel balance & alignment" in your life before? it's the most basic repair.

"sullivan tires" is the best place to do that based on my experience.

Do a suspension and steering full check first. Durangos like Libertys are known for ball joints issues. And don't worry they are not that expensive, you can get them by the set in NAPA for a good price. Pitman arm usually get a lot of play too, and the first quick fix lube,lube and lube. Then alignment . . . .

forgot, the high of unit need to be the same in both sides, they have torsion bars and it can be adjusted
