School me on bored Throttle Bodies

the overhead is known as the lie-o-meter for a reason, IT SUCKS!!!!!, always calc the mpgs by hand if you want a good number, for example, my last fill up the overhead said 17.8, actual was 16.6, before that overhead said 17.3 actual was 17.9 (i think i can check the actual if you really want to know). so its wrong, and not even consistent.

If you're really seeking mileage..
Try 'hyper mileage' or 'hyper mileing'? and get some Prius nerds to teach you some tricks - they work on Durangos too! It's long range eyeball as well as the foot!
If your truck has some age/miles.. one of the best things I did was change a 'good' O2 sensor (about $35, KGK IIRC). Good? Yes - old one was functional, in range and but not accurate. I noticed after that I got better mileage coasting. I realised that coasting never went above - say - 35 on the old sensor and I can hit 99 mpg again with the new ones. (I think it's just a good way to check fuel usage - old one was so 'falsely lean reading' that system over fed to create crossovers - these systems oscillate to control.) Try coasting down hill from 70 mph on a hill - idling engine should be able to do 99 mpg - if not try that front sensor - the rear one just checks the front one and convertor presence.
Oh - and by the way - coast a lot!!

I'll take the 2 mpg around town. Better than the 10 I'm getting! But she still needs Premium only and I'm doing research on how to get her to run well on Regular. IIRC I think someone told me that I'll need a tuner, but I'm not sure. If that is the case then I'm doomed to 91+ because a Tuner is def. not in the budget at this time.
Well I'll take all the info offered here under advisement. Good stuff. BTW, how reliable is the OHC information center with respect to mpg?
Thx guys

Do not need instructions, just hook it up to your OBDII port and just follow the tuner's directions. Easy as that.

Should, but check www.hypertech.com for your part number.
When I had my D I took off the 52mm Fastman and sold it and picked one from a junker and put on the engine. I noticed a slight increase going back to stock of about .6 MPG, but my engine was also modified.
My truck liked the added air and I did a home brew intake system. She loved the nice cold air!
