Default I need help with my A/C

So friday night I replaced my drier because the low side was too low (28-33psi, ambient temp 92) and the high side to high (220-250psi spiking to 400 every once and awhile). Also my A/C wont cool down until I've been driving at 45mph or faster for 2miles and it doesn't get very cool (used to get ice cold last summer). I also had a leak that was the low side schrader valve I replaced. Now it holds vacuum so yay, no leaks. But it wont take any charge cause the low side pressure is now 110-120psi. I replaced the first expansion valve (I have a dual unit) and the pressures are still doing the same thing. I need help with this one guys, any responses are appreciated. Its supposed to be in the mid 90's after tuesday here.

Ok so my friend I borrowed the equipment from figured it out. I had turned the high side pressure gauge open. Now this apparently is a no no. I tried it tonight with the low side only and it worked. Hopefully this helps someone.
