most I drill knuckle if already using oversized caliper pins ?

 

As long as the oversized pins are holding, I'd just keep using them. If you stripped the oversized pins, then you need to look into helicoils.

 

What do you do with the part of the coil thats sticking out of the knuckle?

I know you break of the tang but I have about 4 rows of coil sticking out towards the inside of vehicle.


Edit: After looking close I noticed the coil must have got hung up when I was installing it. I pulled it out, ran the tapper back through and the second coil went in as i expected.
