Unhappy AC Fan

I have a 2001 durango 4.7 and the electric fan on my radiator does not kick in when I turn on my ac. I have cold air when I am driving, but when it's idling the ac gets warm. I checked the fuses. They seem to be ok.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you....

yup, try swapping the relay with a known good one (horn relay maybe) if that does not do it unplug the fan and see if you have 12v going to the harness with the A/C on, if you do then the fan itself is bad

We swapped engine relay with a/c relay and started the truck. Relay is good. I will check the fan tomorrow. Thank you again.
