rev up/down at idle or cruise is most often the TPS, go with a mopar sensor or you will be replacing it again in 6 months or so

the other possibility is the IAC motor which controls idle speed.

now does it do it both cold and warm, just warm, just cold? whats the story?

mopar tps $116 at the dealer, however buying any other brand will have you putting a new one in every 6-9 months so just do it right

still sounds to me like the TPS
