Hate to say this but looks like you may have cooked it to death, severe overheating on a late model "D" more then likely is not worth fixing. You'd be luck to escape with a blown head gasket.
Thanks guys! The third "not worth fixing" finally set in. I am going to keep it and fix it though. I'm going to start with compression testing to see if it I need to go that far. I want to learn how to fix everything under the hood. Or at least know what mechanics are talking about when they talk to me. It is going to be my new hobby. It will probably take me a year, but if it's broke anyway, what's it going to matter? I will be looking for a newer vehicle now. Thanks for all your help. I will be posting and using your 'how to's' in this forum so don't be afraid to say hi or help me! Thanks again!

no clue where you are getting your code translations from, but they arent right
this could be a bad sensor or a wet sensor. but i wouldnt worry about it right now
I used a obd scanner. I got the codes from somewhere in this forum. Where do Where do I get the correct reading?
Autozone told me it was an o2 sensor, but I'm in KS, I only have 2 and replaced them both about 6 months ago.
I started it and the long belt in the front that you can see came off as well as the fan. Please correct my terms so I know what the parts are supposed to be called.

in the main page of the 1st generation forum there is a thread with all the codes, just open it press ctrl+f and type in the code (pxxxx) and it will come up for you
