Default 2000 Durango Fuel leak

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango and it hasn't been ran lately due to the fact it has been leaking gas. We have narrowed it down to: when we turn the key to start the fuel pump it leaks out by the drivers side rear door. When its started it will have a small flow coming down. Just wondering what are some possiblites or somewhere for me start looking? any help would be great. Thank you

Not sure about on a 2000 but isn't there a filter down there? Maybe it might help to crawl under the point of the leak and have a look around and see what you see.

IIRC, the fuel lines run down that side of the truck and up to the fuel rail... they are metal from the engine bay to just above the tank. If you live in a area where road salt is used alot it is possible that the metal lines could have rusted though leaving a little hole for the fuel to leak out.. I personally had that happen to my trans cooling line last fall.

sounds like a leaking fuel line, the fuel pump itself is inside the tank so thats not the cause of it (the filter is part of the pump)

My lines were plastic coming out of the tank. Not sure where they turn to steel. If it were me id lower the tank and have someone cycle the key to find it. Its not that hard to drop it if its low on fuel. Diff story if its full.
