Work Done - Heater Core
When reassembling the truck after recently doing a heater core, I noticed that the blower motor was not turning on. I had not previously been experienced with Durango Heater Cores, but everything seemingly went back together correctly. I took the dash back out to make sure that I did not miss any wires or grounds that were physically located in the dash.
The blower motor would turn on when I took a straight 12v to it and bypassed the resistor/selector/fuses. I am trying to locate the physical ground for the blower motor and or any other suggestions that you may have in order to solve this problem.
The only thing I changed was I looped the hoses on the heater to prevent antifreeze from flowing to the heater core while I was trying to diagnose the motor. I doubt this would cause any issue but figured I would give you anything that I changed in order to get the best amount of help in this situation.
All fuses and relays checked out.
Resistor Block was intact.
Air worked previously to the heater core being done, So I am leaning towards a bad ground.
Thanks for any help you can give.
