Default Throttle position sensor

Today I thru a code and thanks to this forum I know how to check it myself (Thank You). It thru a code of 1282. Now there are two parts listed. One is the throttle position sensor low voltage and the other is the fuel pump relay low voltage. When I got into this morning (warmed it up for five min) it seemed like it was shifting weird after it got nice and warm it stopped. Later on in the day my durango didnt want to shift unless I dropped it into neutral then it would shift fine. Once I got it home and shut it off I did the code search and found the above code. Now since it was acting like it was Im gonna take it as the throttle sensor. Now I have two questions. First, where is the sensor located and second what would cause of the low voltage.

P1282 Accelerator Pedal Pos Sens2 Low Voltage
P1282 Fuel Pump Relay Ctrl Circ or
seeing as how these trucks dont have an accelerator pedal position sensor in them id say its the fuel pump relay control circuit (the accelerator pedal position sensor is used on vehicles w/ electronic throttle control aka drive by wire)

also the transmissions are designed to shift differently until they warm up, no OD and different shift points, the neutral is not normal, but im not sure what would cause it except maybe low pressure.
