Just ordered a 68.5mm Fastman TB for my 2003 4.7 and will do the swap this weekend. From what I understand this is a pretty straight forward bolt on upgrade. I also picked up a new gasket.

Please chime in if you have advise about this swap.

Should I worry about cleaning any of the sensors while I have them off? Any suggestions on how to go about cleaning them will be helpful.
