Default Oh Joy, Rear End Issues

My 2000 Durango, 4.7, is having some troubles. My rear end now grinds at speeds under 40 mph, so, I guess I'm going to have to get that fixed. Anyone want to help me with my options?

Drop the cover and see what it looks like is the first step. Then gotta figure out what needs replaced if anything

You guys ever over think things, I over think things....Finally got to get a good look at my 'rango. Turns out the lug studs were broken off and both wheels were loose because of it.
