Default AC/horn fuse keeps blowing

So I've blown the horn AC fuse three times this week. I think its the AC cause the horn works fine but the truck blows the fuse if the AC switch is on when I start it. This normal?

Disconnect the A/C compressor clutch, see if it still blows. If it stops blowing, you might have a shorted out A/C compressor clutch.

I was having the same issue after replacing my plenum gasket. Tried what steak59 just suggested and it worked. Now the question is how do I fix it
