2000 5.9 oil cooler help

I replaced the radiator in my truck and when I went to screw it back in it went in a few threads and stripped out. Now it don't want to go in. What can I do??

I would suggest buying a thread insert kit.. makes a nes set of threads for your bolt to screw into
