i shut the door and the window fell to the bottom and made some nasty noises when i tried to roll it up so i took the door panel off and found this laying in the bottom of the door



im guessing the window falling broke it off as it went down a little too far but why did it fall? anybody got a diagram/layout of the window and parts? ideas?

 

post to clarify that the cables are intact and the motor works
